Delivery & Returns
Please note that returns are not accepted for commissioned artwork. This artwork has been made and especially created for you and cannot be refunded. When ordering a commissioned piece, we will discuss what is required and the details of this will be agreed in writing before any work is undertaken. Once agreed the work will be carried out. Please note that the finished piece is not a photographic replication of references supplied and is an artistic expression of this.
For prints, these can be returned within 14 days, if they arrive damaged.
If damaged, please ensure that you email within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph and description of the damage. All prints are sent via a Signed For delivery service so that the date of receipt is tracked.
Delivery timescales for prints: Usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. Delivery timings for commissions will be stated upon agreement of brief.
Who creates the artwork?
All artwork is created by me Victoria Wood under the name Sketchpad on Tour. You can find out more in the ‘about me’ section of the website.
What is the difference between a Commission and Prints
A Commission is created especially for you, based on a discussion/brief around what is required and any photo reference that you supply. Prints are produced based on an existing piece of artwork.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery for prints is £7.95 (UK only) for postage, packaging and signed for delivery.
Delivery for commission is £10.00 and includes tracked and signed for (special delivery)
How long does delivery take?
For prints, all items are printed to order and most orders will be delivered within 14 days. Christmas times may vary..
My order hasn’t arrived and the expected delivery time has passed?
Please send us a message and we will try to track the order for you. Please remember to include your order ID in the message. If we are unable to track the order we will offer to resend your item or arrange a refund
Do you have international delivery?
This is currently not available on the website. Please contact me separately via the enquiry form
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal or for commissions a bank transfer option is available. Please message for details.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please email victoria@sketchpadontour.co.uk strictly within 2 hours of purchase.
My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do?
Please send us a message and, where possible, include a photo showing the damage. We will refund you for any faulty items and use the photo to improve our products and service in the future.
